Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Provider recruitment to bolster our expanding Talent Acquisition team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience focused on sourcing and placing healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for:
- Sourcing, qualifying, and screening candidates for various healthcare roles
- Facilitating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers
- Conducting debrief sessions with hiring managers and extending job offers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
- SHPR and/or PHR Certification is preferred
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
