Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Provider recruitment to bolster our expanding Talent Acquisition team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience focused on sourcing and placing healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for:
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and screening candidates for various healthcare roles
  • Facilitating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Conducting debrief sessions with hiring managers and extending job offers


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
  • SHPR and/or PHR Certification is preferred
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
