Overview:

Join our team as a Reservations Coordinator We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our hotel reservation needs. In this role, you will work closely with future guests to coordinate reservations, ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated. Assist the Front Office with pre-registration of V.I.P.s and Preferred accounts. Assist in pre-arrival of incoming reservations for the property. Strong attention to detail required. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with reservations in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems-OPERA Cloud experience a Plus
