Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports all phases of the recruiting / hiring process in compliance with federal, state and local laws. Using the Human Resources information system; the position assists recruiters with candidate and hiring manager support, maintains recruiting related data and owns the candidate pre-employment communication, paperwork and related processes, as well as supports new job position entry and audit activities; answering hiring manager questions related to the talent acquisition process; Coordination of candidate and recruiting team travel and submittal of related expenses. Responsibilities: • Support the talent acquisition team and hiring managers with the creation of new positions. Ensure requisitions are created accurately, publishing recruitment related reports and providing support in the job creation and approval process) • Support the talent acquisition team with the candidate sourcing and recruiting process. Ensure external posting of positions, supporting the search and assessment of candidates and helping with the interview process. • Supporting the talent acquisition team with the candidate post-offer process. Responsible for the completion of pre-employment documentation, background checks, drug screening. • Manages new hire and on-boarding compliance by following the documented processes in accordance with standard operational procedures and guidelines. • Processes Expense Reports for Talent Acquisition leadership and team members as requested • Provide excellent customer service to candidates, fellow HR team members and hiring managers • Assist in operational and process improvement projects within the HR team • Other duties as assigned

Experience: • Prior experience of 4+ years in human resources with 2+ years in a talent acquisition role • Prior experience using a HR information system (Infor Cloud-Suite HCM preferred) with a high degree of accuracy

Skills • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred • Experience working with an applicant tracking system preferred • High level of organization and strong attention to detail • A passion for providing a positive customer experience • Project coordination, data reporting and analytics experience preferred • Ability to use discretion and confidentiality in a sensitive and/or confidential setting • Basic knowledge of federal/state employment laws • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products required

Abilities • Ability to multi-task, work independently and support customers at different locations • Ability to collaborate and provide HR information system process related support • Ability to be efficient and resourceful when many tasks need to be done simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Aptitude for data and some quantitative skills
