CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

With accuracy and exceptional problem-solving skills, the Program Performance Management Specialist will provide project cost and schedule management and analysis for small IR&D projects or indivdual contract delivery orders with internal and/or external reporting requirements. Well rely on you to support the development of the delivery order time-phased cost and schedule baseline within the delivery order parameters in conjunction with the executing program team, as well as analyze and monitor the delivery orders performance (historical and predictive), estimate at completion and schedule completion date, and support recommendations made to the program manager and his delivery order deputies.

What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be a team contributor on a larger program or an EVMS requirement program
  • Good organizational, analysis, and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi-task high priorities
