Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Manager will lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue and margin targets in our Food Manufacturing sector. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of a team of senior sales professionals and represent the organization in promoting and selling the company's products and services. Key Accountabilities
Lead a sales team in the Food Manufacturing sector to deliver Topline and Margin growth in line with the business targets and expectations.
Organize and coordinate sales operations in a specified geographical area.
Evaluate market potential and the status of sales in the area.
Plan and organize sales projects and activities for a geographical area.
Identify potential customers and nurture existing customer relationships.
Engage with commercial stakeholders within the enterprise and across the organization to lead change and build partnerships to achieve annual operating plan including customer, category, and product line objectives.
Plan, develop and deliver the marketing strategy for products, services and associated brands.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced sales professionals, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications
Three years of supervisory experience
Food Manufacturing experience
