Lakeside Decking is a premier deck builder in the west Minneapolis area. We specialize in PVC composite decking, aluminum railing, and much more. We offer full deck remodeling services, re-decking and re-railing, pergolas, screened in porches, outdoor kitchens, and various high-end outdoor living spaces. LSD is unique in the fact that we work all year round on decks. Snow doesn't deter us from providing you with the best decking in the region.

Every great creation starts with a vision. As a Sales Consultant at Lakeside Decking, your conversations, insights, and ideas will fuel these visions. Your role is more than just sales—it's about educating and consulting with our clients, guiding them through their outdoor space dreams, and ensuring they feel confident in choosing us. Core Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their outdoor space dreams and needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
  • Outbound prospecting for leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team to refine the estimating process.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, within a home improvement-adjacent industry preferred.
  • Skilled & knowledgeable on technology and CRM tools preferred.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and educational skills.
