This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.Primary Responsibilities: 1. Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.2. Provide priority response to potential customers.3. Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.4. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.5. Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.6. Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.7. Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.8. Manage production expenses.9. Manage equipment and materials (assets). 10. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.Secondary Responsibilities:1. Train production personnel. 2. Manage production personnel. 3.
