Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Envision Technology, LLC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for supervising hourly employees and ensuring the successful execution of our electro-optical systems build plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly touch labor employees to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product lines, including material requirements, quality objectives, cycle times, and process steps.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to ensure alignment and support.
  • Make recommendations to management on workforce sizing, capacity increases, and production rate adjustments.
  • Ensure that all program objectives are met, including customer expectations, deliverables, compliance, and quality provisions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, including 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Experience with laser systems, night vision/imaging systems, and target location systems is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive self and team to meet goals and objectives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional Information
  • This is a first shift, salaried, exempt position with a 9/80 schedule.
  • Overtime work may be required to meet company or customer requirements.
