Sr Technical Prod Manager role supporting all physical corporate security applications pertaining to building access, video surveillance, alarm and sensor monitoring, facial recognition and visitor management. That among other new capability and products research and implementation within the corporate security space. This role helps in support & project delivery of all corporate security applications. Role includes technical project delivery of system upgrades, PLM infrastructure, cloud migration, software updates & new product implementation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Converse and build relationship rapport with stakeholders and develop a functional requirements specification
  • Research any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of solutions
  • Make recommendations for solutions that deliver organizational goals
  • Oversee QA and production project deployment

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager or similar role working in a technical environment or with technical teams
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and management to decisions (willing to ask questions with curiosity and drive to understanding)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to write sql queries and create data analytics reports to provide to company stakeholders ad-hoc or on regular cadences
  • General knowledge of PC support, server management, and network operations
  • General troubleshooting and triage experiences with technical issues
  • PowerBI application & SSRS reporting experience and knowledge
  • Corporate Physical Security system and application experience and knowledge

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
