Job Overview:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing cross-functional aerospace engineering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the schedule, budget, performance, and processes to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and integration of complex aerospace assemblies.
2. Facilitate integrated product team meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
3. Conduct product design reviews and provide valuable feedback.
4. Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
5. Maintain an action item tracker to ensure accountability and timely resolution of tasks.
6. Generate and present regular project status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Identify potential risks related to project scope, budget, and schedule, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
8. Update and maintain customer systems and databases with the latest project information.
9. Participate in various engineering initiatives, including failure investigations and engineering changes.
10. Engage with customers as necessary to promote project advancement.
11. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
12. Collaborate with suppliers as required.
13. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering.
- Proven experience as a senior project engineer or IPT Lead.
- Familiarity with Teamcenter or similar PLM software.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Experience managing projects through the engineering design process.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures and common repair types.
- Experience with project or program management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Framemaker.
