Aviation Advisor, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
to join our team at the Kenosha, WI location. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development and will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be heavily involved with our organization’s sales and marketing efforts and will use their creative design skills and ability to work independently to implement marketing projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Developing Marketing Activities:
Research, plan, direct, and implement marketing activities that align with company vision and goals that involve but are not limited to social media and print and digital media.
Industry Knowledge:
Maintain/gain a vast knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate with clients and customers.
Social Media Marketing:
Oversee the social media platforms for the company and create content, posts, and schedules as well as responding to comments and messages.
Support:
Assists with projects and collaborates directly with sales team. Work closely with and support multiple departments within the organization with sales and marketing oversight. Must be able to work well with other members of the team.
Clientele Data Management:
Assist sales team with proposals and maintaining customer databases. Maintain and update client and owner information to ensure accurate and up-to-date files for targeted marketing efforts.
Website Maintenance:
Ensure website content is regularly updated and troubleshoot technical issues.
Data Management:
Analyze marketing data and activities to recommend areas for improvement. Ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and be able to support conclusions and recommendations with data.
Charter Sales:
Assist in creating personalized charter quotes and sales documents for clients or in assistance to sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
2-3 years of applicable work experience preferred.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative design skills with ability to express ideas and think outside the box.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including pilots, maintenance technicians, and regulatory authorities.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently and multitask.
Ability to learn multiple accounting software platforms.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.
