We are seeking an Order Management Coordinator to support our Customer Account Managers during the rollout of our new ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering sales orders into the system, ensuring accurate data entry of pricing, order quantities, and delivery expectations. The role demands precision as any discrepancies can impact our supply chain and customer relations. You will be working predominantly with Salesforce, Excel, and our ERP system, handling 30 to 40 orders daily. Additionally, you will engage in significant internal communication with the account management team and may occasionally interact with customers via email or phone.
