Job Description We are seeking a talented and driven Financial System Specialist with a background in accounting, finance, and data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ERP, CRM, and BI tools, and will play a critical role in optimizing our financial systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of ERP and CRM systems. Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support strategic decision-making. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and tools. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Identify and resolve system issues, and work with IT to implement solutions. Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources. Design and implement data analytics solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial systems analysis, preferably in a data-driven environment. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong proficiency in financial software systems, advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL or database management. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM systems in particular Salesforce Experience with ERP and BI systems
