Base range: $100K - $120K

Position Overview:

Seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Manager(SaaS sales) to join the team. The Mid-Market Account Manager will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with mid-sized ticket sellers, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry, collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-sized clients, serving as the main point of contact for their account needs.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in account management or SaaS sales roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
