The fleet and facilities in a given market are the physical presence of Sunrun in that market - they represent our branch, they facilitate our ability to work, and they drive the culture of our teams. The Regional Supervisor, Fleet and Facilities manages a team of Fleet & Facilities Coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of Sunrun’s facility and vehicle portfolio. You will be responsible for driving regional execution of team goals, reporting to leadership on regional performance metrics, developing recommendations for improvements, and partnering with other members of the Fleet & Facilities org on strategic initiatives. You will also have regions to manage the local coordination and overseeing execution of daily operational needs for the vehicle fleet and facilities. For the fleet, this includes vehicle assignments, rental requests, fuel card requests, registration and licensing support, telematics and camera installations, etc. For facilities, this includes preventive maintenance scheduling, scheduling of repairs and services, managing bid requests for services, processing purchase orders, and other duties. This position requires an ability to work cross functionally with the various local teams with attention to detail and a sense of ownership over the operations in your region. Responsibilities Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators for the region(s) and provide reporting and updates to leadership

Manage team of regional coordinators, including developing team goals, supporting the team through escalation, ensuring all employees have the necessary training, providing feedback, developing cross-functional relationships, performance management, and exits.

Administer fleet programs including vehicle assignments, rental requests, maintenance, fuel, registration, interstate transfers, and telematics with many detailed procedures and reporting requirements

Maintain the vehicle fleet and equipment at its highest level by facilitating and directing preventative maintenance, repairs, and recalls while maintaining productive internal relationships. Analyze costs of repairs, and remain fiscally responsible

Work with property managers and internal branch managers to handle routine property operations, including: scheduling preventive maintenance, scheduling repairs, procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service or construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Partner with Safety on accident reduction measures, facility safety programs, facility standards, building security, etc.

Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications HS diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in business administration or related degree preferred

5-7 years of previous project administration, fleet or equivalent experience

Ability to multitask and interface with multiple internal and external customers

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and/or mentor peers or employees

Experience working with 3rd party providers, including Fleet Management Services (ARI, Element/GE Fleet, Donlen, PHH etc.), is plus

Strong problem resolution skills

Excellent oral and written communication

Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use, Oracle experience a plus

Strong work ethic

Physical Demands Ability to travel 20%

Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment

Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work

Ability to interact with co-workers and participate in meetings

Ability to perform normal office duties
