Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Associate Social Workers (ASWs) and Marriage and Family Therapist Interns (MFTIs).
• Assist the Director in quality assurance and program development tasks for social services.
• Offer emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling; provide information and referrals; and assist with financial aid and supportive services for patients and families facing challenges related to hospitalization, illness, disability, or trauma across all clinical care areas.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical records for all social service consultations throughout the patient's stay.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. or current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or related licensed clinical practitioner.
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience, with a focus on working with diverse populations facing a wide range of issues (e.g., death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness, etc.).
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, encompassing estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, ranges from $31.00 to $47.45 per hour. The specific starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, considering various factors such as skillset, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
