Your Role:
As the Operations Office Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Leadership and Management: Overseeing all operational activities and collaborating closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives across various departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, Network Growth, and Legal.
- Executive Support: Preparing the President for key meetings by coordinating with teams to develop comprehensive materials such as agendas, talking points, and presentations, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
- Strategic Development: Assisting in the formulation of innovative go-to-market strategies with Canadian retailers, defining program scope, team structure, value propositions, and pitching to retail partners while developing robust business cases.
- Meeting Coordination: Managing logistics and outcomes for national, regional, and small group retailer meetings, ensuring effective communication and budget management.
- Dealer Relations: Overseeing JLR Retail and Regional Relations, including managing the dealer council process and facilitating regional team meetings and conferences.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical, verbal, organizational, and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate environment, particularly in retailer relations and automotive knowledge.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Robust business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels within the organization.
