Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our big brand retail client in Framingham is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team for a long-term, hybrid contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and Recruiters to fulfill the client's staffing needs effectively and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing incoming requisitions, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Create a positive candidate experience by facilitating the application process, scheduling interviews, and providing basic information about job opportunities
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, and external vendors as needed
  • Document all recruitment activities, track issues to resolution, and maintain accurate records to support compliance and reporting requirements
  • Post job openings accurately on social media channels and select job boards in collaboration with Recruiters to attract diverse talent
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting or a related field
  • Proficiency in professional networking sites and sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Taleo), Recruitment Marketing tools, and Excel
  • Understanding of current employment laws, including OFCCP guidelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience with AI/Chatbot for recruitment is a plus
