This is a Hybrid position. Will need to report to the Framingham, MA office when onsite. (3 days onsite and 2 days remote) What you'll be doing:

As a Coordinator, you will be the glue that helps to hold the Recruiting Team together. This role involves scheduling interviews, setting up job fairs, investigating issues, and working with hiring managers, HR partners, and Recruiters to ensure talent acquisition. You will support both full-time and temporary staffing needs, post to social media channels and job boards, provide timely communication, and track issue resolution. What you bring to the table:

Key skills required include interpersonal skills, social media posting, resume screening, creating a positive candidate experience, conducting research, time management, organizational skills, and fostering communication and teamwork. Basic Qualifications include 3 years of full life cycle recruiting, experience with professional networking sites, sourcing techniques, ATS, Recruitment Marketing, Excel, understanding of employment laws, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of Excel. Identify Talent Needs, Source Talent, Recruitment Marketing, Manage Candidate Experience, Assess & Hire Talent Qualifications:
