The Role
The Senior Lead Marketing Manager resides within Campaigns & Programs and reports into the Analytics Team. Campaign Analytics delivers analysis, insights, and recommendations on campaign and program performance using a range of analysis techniques to inform and optimize marketing tactics. This role requires strong project management, reporting proficiency, strategic data analysis, and excellent presentation skills. The ideal candidate will focus on data analytics and marketing campaign/program optimization to impact pipeline, progression, and deal closure.
The Main Responsibilities
Provide business intelligence to help understand trends, identify gaps and opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
Deliver campaign performance analysis by collecting and analyzing data, developing insights, creating visualizations, and presenting monthly analytic packages to stakeholders.
Track campaign performance/execution through Salesforce dashboards, PowerBI, Excel, and email readouts.
Excel expertise to create pivot tables, review data sets, implement complex searches, and provide analytical recommendations.
Present data effectively during executive reporting calls.
Work in an agile environment, make decisions, and complete reporting and ad hoc requests independently.
Self-starter with experience in organization, communication, execution, and accuracy.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline (preferred)
6+ years’ experience in a marketing or sales role planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs with budget management
Ability to analyze information, ask questions, and gain strategic insights.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and project management skills
Rapid learner thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail, producing accurate and creative work
Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills to execute marketing programs supporting SMART business objectives with a positive attitude
Experience in Microsoft Excel is essential
Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com
Experience using Power BI
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
