Position Overview:
Join Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager of Regional Marketing, where you will collaborate with the IBD Strategy and Brand Marketing teams to enhance the commercial viability of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Develop impactful customer interactions that promote education and therapeutic consideration, focusing on the needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients navigating the complexities of IBD.
  • Manage the execution of educational peer-to-peer initiatives and regional marketing projects, including conference participation and sponsorships.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing strategic insights to leadership for brand enhancement.
  • Foster collaborations with field leadership to tailor marketing strategies for optimal impact.
  • Oversee speaker programs, including the selection of speakers, training, and the creation of presentation materials in partnership with brand marketing.
  • Gather and analyze market insights to inform marketing strategies and resource allocation.
  • Ensure alignment and direction among external vendors, facilitating collaboration across various internal teams.
  • Conduct advisory boards and consultant meetings to gather insights that shape brand strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of IBD congress strategies, ensuring effective engagement and representation.
  • Design and implement congress tactics, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical liaison, thought leader management, or marketing within relevant therapeutic areas.
Preferred:
  • Experience in IBD, specialty biologics, or rare diseases.
  • Demonstrated leadership with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Proven success in achieving goals and objectives in cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
  • Ability to manage strategic plans under tight deadlines.
  • Strong clinical and business acumen.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.

Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including weekends for conferences and key internal meetings. This position is classified as remote in accordance with Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy.
