They will also need to establish clarity around where collaboration across teams to achieve project results is required and model how to do so effectively. They will leverage a knowledge of how to effectively define and deliver transformation consulting efforts, leverage existing Autodesk processes, systems, tools, and frameworks, and will help build and adapt content for managing transformations as the discipline matures. This is a newly created position and a great opportunity to help buildout a new discipline area, demonstrate leadership, have impact on multiple parts of the organization, and be an integral part of the People and Places team evolution and Autodesk's growth trajectory.
