Provide administrative support and tasks for the Supply chain, including stock taking transactions and ordering supplies, parts, and components. Contribute to and analyze the stocking policy; define and update stock parameters. Manage stock parameters for maintenance spare parts to ensure their availability. Ensure that the stock profile contributes to production needs and suppliers' offers. Manage stock levels and define solutions to optimize them. Ensure quality and consistency of key data and parameters. Define the proper procurement mode with the purchasing and maintenance team: on inventory or ordered on need (call-off stock) with agreed time availability. Set the inventory parameters. Quote and negotiate spare part prices within the framework delegated by purchasing. Issue purchase orders, which are to be validated by a third party. Manage deliveries, including quantity and quality inspections, as well as orders and invoices disputes. Manage the repair process: orders and shipping for repair, delivery, and inventory updates. Maintain control of inventory accuracy and conduct physical inventory counts. Manage obsolescence of parts. Manage and improve the cost of equipment life through spare parts management.
