What matters most as the office assistant:· Pay starting at $17.00 / hour.· Previous office experience and administrative skills· On-site position for a collaborative and supportive environment· Ability to work Monday – Friday 9am – 2pm schedule.Your new role as the office assistant:· Answer then transfers all incoming calls, on multi line phone system. Greet and welcome clients/visitors as they arrive.· Process credit card transactions.· Collection of past due accounts – sending past due notices and contacting customers· Assist with Accounts Payable/Account Receivable/ Assist with monthly sales tax reporting.· Prepare service orders for invoicing and invoice once approved.· Maintain daily timesheets for payroll as well as verify daily logged times. Update office used spreadsheets regularly including Gas receipts, Vacation/ PTO. Maintain emergency contacts spreadsheets.· Update Certificates of Insurance and assist with yearly insurance audit.· File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.· Handle company shirt program for technicians and staff.· Update mileage logs and vehicle maintenance reports.· Reconcile monthly gas receipts.· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.· Serve as backup for deposits and end-of-month posting.· Create ID badges.Your new role as the Office Assistant:· Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook· Multi- line phone systems, Office machines including copiers and printers.· Ability to perform various administrative duties as directed.· 1-2 years of clerical office administrative experience.Your New Organization:Enjoy a relaxed, back-office environment with casual dress working Part time hours in a supportive culture.Ready to take the first step towards professional fulfillment?
