Regional Sales Manager

* Strong engineering knowledge and advanced knowledge of mixer products and mixing processes to provide technical solutions to customers

* Supervision and training of an independent representative sales channel

* Team building within SPX, the sales channel and customers

* .Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.

* BS degree or equivalent, MBA preferred

* Minimum 10 years sales and sales management experience, preferably with wet-end process equipment.

* Proven track record in a leadership role.

* Understanding of business process and functions outside of sales and marketing, including finance, human resources, information technology, product development and manufacturing.

* Customer support experience .
