Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding client base, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong background in controls integration engineering.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries, utilizing networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at prospective and existing client organizations.
Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Business to Business sales experience preferred.
Proven track record of success in technical sales.
Strong understanding of controls engineering principles and integration techniques preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required, 10%.
