- Boxed Up’s Regional Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the effective execution of business strategies and objectives.
- Oversee and manage all self-storage operations, implementing strategies to increase productivity and performance. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Director of Self Storage to understand customer needs and develop region-specific plans to enhance customer experience and increase market share.
- Monitor regional and store-specific KPIs, providing regular reports to the Director of Self Storage and First Midwest Group senior leadership.
- Manage all Boxed Up operational staff. Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, landscaping, and all other business needs.
- Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities, and formulate plans to capitalize on them.
- Implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase occupancy.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and experience are up to standard.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including filing, and archiving of documents.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with self-storage management software (SiteLink) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

How to Apply:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
