**Essential Functions**

* Deliver and retrieve all mail and correspondence.

* Answer telephone in the Conference & Catering Services office and take complete messages, if necessary.

* Liaison between Director of Conference & Catering Services and all levels of management and associates.

* Maintain communications between associates, management and the Conference & Catering Services Department.

* Distribute and maintain various paperwork Group Resumes, Banquet Event Orders, Daily Events, Change Logs.

* Update & maintain the Daily Events on all digital TV screens.

* Scheduling of appointments for Director of Conference & Catering Services and other managers as directed.

* Computer support: word processing, spreadsheets, databases, e-mail and Windows applications Powerpoint, Publisher preferred.

* Attend necessary team, department, supervisory, and resort wide meetings as directed.

* Complete and coordinate special projects as directed.

* Assume all other responsibilities assigned

* Educational Requirements: High school Diploma, college or business degree preferred
