Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily workflow of administrative office functions and coordinating operations functions working for the Distribution area. This role will involve general communications and support of the Distribution office in efforts to coordinate various programs, contests, and special projects/initiatives.

- Responsible for general communications and support of the Distribution office in efforts to coordinate various programs, contests, and special projects/initiatives
- Drive the coordination of broad projects; monitor project plans and execution progress to resolve any variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders
- Lead, plan, implement, and participate on projects and services necessary to support and improve existing processes and services
- Coordinate and administer the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the work planning and scheduling process, human resources, capital planning and budgeting process
- Authorize forms for license applications, appointments, and terminations sent to state insurance departments; research licensing/contracting questions; provide guidance on preparation of legal agreements and/or bridging and switching agreements
- Create Distribution Comp reports; prepare and analyze routine daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provides results to Distribution Vice President
- Develop and maintain metrics by analyzing sales and performance statistics; provide sales research reports and presentations responsive to senior and executive management needs
- Coordinate various Distribution meetings, events, benefit fairs, conferences, and workshops; supports and or coordinates various programs, contests, and special projects/initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree In Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Four years of professional job-related work experience
