Merchandise Coordinator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Support Buy team in all purchasing efforts.
- Manage inventory through system transfers and other methods.
- Ensure timely placement of new and reorders; maintain regular communication with vendors.
- Assist in merchandise placement in shops and product knowledge.
- Monitor stock levels to align with sales trends.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports by vendor and store.
- Build SKUs and input all purchase orders into the system.
- Serve as primary contact for vendors; follow up on order statuses, cancellations, and adjustments.
- Coordinate order reports effectively.
- Support Buying & Visual Team in managing event and marketing calendars.
- Attend weekly meetings in absence of Buying and Inventory Team.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding event details.
- Coordinate with Conference & Catering Managers for event amenities.
- Act as liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations and product displays
- Assist on the sales floor as needed.
- Other Job duties assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Flexible availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
