Manage data collection protocol design, test item development, test bank management, and data analytics. Troubleshoot adaptive test engines and test library usage using GOTS and COTS software systems. Evaluate and maintain data on test library content coverage for cognitive and non-cognitive items. Develop scales and test forms for effective job performance measurement. Perform data management for trait and aptitude measures analysis. Oversee data collection protocol requirements for test forms delivery. Document summaries for test bank development, scale validation, and data-model fit. Develop psychological test questions in a military aviation environment. Provide effective communication, customer service, and analysis of testing results. Apply and deploy testing instruments in a web-based application. Analyze test questions for accuracy and feasibility. Experience using BILOG-MG3 & SPSS statistical software. Job Qualifications:

DoD Secret Clearance Required. Bachelor's Degree Required. Degree in Psychology or two years' specialized experience. Experience with IBM SPSS, Minitab, R software. Ability to work independently, attention to detail, strong organizational skills. Flexibility, time management, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
