locations Nonstore MN Commissary B175 Minneapolis MN posted on Posted 3 Days Ago job requisition id R443527 Procurement Specialist Location: Minneapolis, MN 55430 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected Hours: 40 – 45 per week Status: Non-Exempt Date: July 16, 2024 Overview: Holiday Companies is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team at the Holiday Support Facility (HSF). This role focuses on the daily operations of procuring goods and services to support our business needs. Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm vendor delivery appointments Setup and maintain supply purchase orders, including quantity and price changes Review, match, and code vendor invoices to HSF supply purchase orders and receiving reports Print labels and pick tickets for order fillers as necessary Enter add-ons and adjustments to store orders as needed Assist in inventorying all stock items Perform other duties as assigned by HSF Management Qualifications: Strong written and oral communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidential information Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with Supply Automated Programs (ERP, MRP, etc.) Experience in inventory control Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Capable of working in different climate conditions Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Associate's degree in business or accounting, or equivalent work experience 2 years of purchasing experience (Preferred) 401(k) with matching Dental, Health, Vision, and Life Insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health savings account Paid time off Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday Some holidays may be required Commute/Relocation: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Minneapolis, MN 55430 before starting work.
