Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Assess and ensure that supplier-manufactured Aero-Engine components are delivered according to agreed timelines, while proactively identifying and resolving delivery challenges.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, collect relevant data, and analyze findings to address engineering inquiries and part discrepancies.
  • Oversee MRP systems, production timelines, and non-conformance issues to ensure alignment with delivery commitments.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, perform gap analyses, and develop actionable plans to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster positive relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and program managers at both the OEM and supplier levels.
  • Facilitate part transition processes, ensuring meticulous execution and verification.
  • Document findings, prepare reports, and share insights as required.
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Supply Chain Management: Proven experience in customer interactions, familiarity with MRP systems, production scheduling, and risk assessment.
  • Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of purchasing processes and capacity evaluation in manufacturing settings.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, ability to interpret technical drawings, and familiarity with Lean methodologies.
  • Quality Assurance Experience: Knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and part qualification processes.
  • General Skills: Proficiency in creating work instructions and using MS Office applications.
