Overview:

Circle K Stores, Inc. is in search of a Procurement Specialist to enhance our operations at the Holiday Support Facility (HSF). This position is pivotal in managing the daily procurement of goods and services essential for our operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and confirm delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Establish and maintain purchase orders, adjusting quantities and pricing as necessary.
  • Verify, match, and process vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
  • Generate labels and pick tickets for order fulfillment as required.
  • Input modifications and updates to store orders as needed.
  • Assist in the inventory management of all stock items.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by HSF Management.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in multitasking and adept at problem-solving.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management Software (ERP, MRP, etc.).
  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of adapting to various working conditions.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree in business or accounting, or relevant work experience.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in purchasing.
