We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work out of our Pittsburgh office. This position would be hybrid. The Account Payable clerk is responsible for accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable invoices. The position reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Review and process vendor invoices into Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 ERP system
- Reconcile vendor accounts for timely payment and recognition of credits
- Utilize scanning and processing invoices in OnBase system.
- Serve as point of contact for vendors and internal customers
- Cross train in other areas as needed
- Serve as back-up for freight AP processing
- Assist as needed with mail and other in office requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in processing AP into an ERP systems, AX or D365 preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to solicit cooperation and support from diverse internal and external customers
- Must be able to adhere to policy and procedures
- Must have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently; multi-task and be able to meet deadlines
