Accounts Payable Specialist

$55,000/yr.-$60,000/yr.

Job summary - Vaco is currently working with a manufacturing company and they have an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle invoicing and vendor communications.  This company is offering great benefits.  

Functions:
  • Process vendor invoice
  • Ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance
  • Maintain vendor communications
  • Match invoices with purchase orders
  • Prepare and process payments
  • Submitting expense reports
  • Assist in month-end closing activities

Essentials - 
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Experience with invoicing
  • Prior exposure to an accounting software
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
