KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:

  • Manage all accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
  • Calculate and document numerical information
  • Process approximately 25 invoices monthly
    • Conduct weekly check runs
    • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Assist with billing processes, including electronic invoicing under the guidance of the senior accountant
  • Issue 30 checks monthly for accounts payable and billing
  • Generate invoices and verify the accuracy of time entries in the system
  • Compile credit card records monthly, ensuring correctness for submission
  • Monitor timesheet and expense report submissions
  • Conduct monthly audits of financial data using a structured checklist
  • Gather essential financial information for accounting records
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST POSITION

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines

Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
This position requires full on-site presence.
