Responsibilities consists of responding to client assurance/supplier due diligence requests" (Risk & Compliance assessments) as a part of our client's supplier monitoring requirements.
Conducting annual diligence helps our clients ensure we are compliant with contractual, legal and regulatory obligations, and adhere to sound security and operational practices.
To address assurance requests the Sr Analyst will primarily leverage a repository of standardized responses to FAQs as well as research and coordinate with internal SMEs across business lines (i.e. Cybersecurity, Operations & Infrastructure, Compliance, Privacy, Operational Resilience, Product) and Legal to develop new responses.
Requires proactive management of multiple inquiries and efficient coordination of evidence gathering to meet client expectations.
Deliverables must be timely to meet internal service levels.
Working knowledge of the payment services industry, related processing industries, banking and financial services regulations, and enterprise infrastructure is desired.
