The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, credit, and fraud, with experience in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a risk management strategy that aligns with Faire Inc.'s business objectives and risk appetite.
- Lead the Risk team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with Faire Inc.'s business model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and credit.
- 15+ years of experience in risk management, credit, and fraud.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
