About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team at Snowflake. As a key member of our Global Security Compliance and Risk (GSCR) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our products and services, as well as our Corporate IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cybersecurity risks, including identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and communicating risks to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, including risk decomposition, threat actor profiling, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation plans and track progress.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and standards, including facilitating development, maintenance, and evolution of the security policy framework.
  • Manage the security exception process and track exceptions, manage approvals, and improve automation.
  • Partner with Security Analytics team to develop key performance indicators and dashboards to monitor and report on security policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance, or Information Security, with a focus on risk assessments/management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate complex security-related information.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with risk management frameworks, including ISO, NIST, and FAIR.
  • Experience with creating and utilizing risk KPIs and KRIs with data visualization tooling.
  • Technical certifications in security and risk are a strong plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with cloud security, software as a service applications, CI/CD pipeline tools, network infrastructure security, encryption technology, database security, operating system security, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
