In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable. Must-have qualifications High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education Preferred skills

Proficiency using office equipment Proven organizational skills Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment Customer service and follow-up skills Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5pm MST
