CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Job Duties:
-Professionally answer incoming calls and texts for multiple businesses
-Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
-Respond to emails, social media messages, etc.
-Identifying customer needs to provide top-notch customer service
-Handling and resolving customer complaints
-Identifying and escalating priority issues to senior management
-Transferring calls to the appropriate colleague
-Taking payments and deposits for events or other activities
Requirements:
-Must be a friendly, helpful person
-Must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills
-Must have a computer, headphones, reliable WiFi, and a quiet space to work
-Weekend availability
-A willingness to go above and beyond for each customer
-At least 3 years of customer service experience
-Call center experience encouraged

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Wimbledon Metrowest (formerly known as Wimbledon109), is an impressive indoor tennis club, sitting at over 50,000 sqft and 6 full-size tennis courts, offering tennis lessons, court rentals, sports camps, and more
- Abbott's Frozen Custard is a family owned, frozen dessert pioneer that has been in existence since 1902. We are proud to operate 2 franchises in Arlington and Lexington.
- The Newport Venture is an investment firm that acquires and manages commercial and residential real estate throughout Newport, Rhode Island.
