The HR Coordinator is responsible for clerical and project related support; assists in functions such as hiring and onboarding, maintaining employee records, running backgrounds and drugs, etc. Providing customer service to teammates and leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following:

  • Assemble new hire kits
  • Assemble benefits orientation kits
  • Create and maintain active personnel files
  • Create employee exit interview and term kits
  • Enters backgrounds and drugs screens for new hires.
  • Creates Employee Agreements for new hires/transfers
  • Responsible for maintaining electronic Employee Agreements for all employees
  • Keep all HR forms in compliance
  • Processes temp invoices allocating to the correct dept/division
  • Maintains Temporary Monthly spreadsheets for Arrowhead and ACM
  • Transfer terminated employee files to term file status
  • Maintain file room
  • Order all department supplies
  • Completion of clerical duties, data entry, filing, and communication
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
