As a team, we identify with a set of norms and values which include severe ownership, humility, proactivity, accountability, growth mindset, courage, and fun You’ll play an important role in: leading the region’s asset managers and associate asset managers, incl. setting the tone, establishing strategies and goals, and developing their individual and collective capabilities being accountable for integrated P&L of portfolio, incl. forecasts and annual and interim updates being accountable for delivery integrated risk management by the team, incl. risk valuation & mitigation strategy-execution, as well as developing cross-portfolio risk management strategies being accountable for portfolio compliance and execution of all commercial contracts, incl. asset management service agreements, offtake agreements, and service provider agreements & regulatory maintaining key relationships across regional and central functions supporting asset management maintaining senior operating relationships for equity, tax equity & offtake partners. To succeed in the role, you: have 8+ years renewable energy management experience hold a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or finance have significant experience in leading people, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage teams of internal and external stakeholders have deep understanding of the strategic, commercial, and legal aspects of the business and JVs, and experience with complex portfolios, transactions, and ownership structures have analytical and problem-solving capabilities, incl. the ability to identify and communicate the balance of risk and reward at an asset level and across a portfolio have meaningful experience in effectively communicating commercial and strategic concepts with the appropriate degree of substance and nuance for various stakeholders.
