The Sr. Cost Accountant will be an integral member of the Accounting team reporting to the Accounting Director. This position requires someone with great communication skills and who works well with others. The ability to interact with internal business partners and influence change is vital. The end goal is for the Sr. Cost Accountant to record and report accurate accounting transactions, while also acting as a strategic business partner, providing guidance, and influencing business decisions. Analyzes root causes for PO and Invoice issues and coordinates resolution across the organization. Co-manufacturer reconciliations: 15% of TIME Coordinates, reviews and verifies timely coman reconciliations related to waste, PPV and true ups. Raw material reserves and write off process: 15% of TIME Oversees raw material reserves and write-off process with Supply Planning. Drive Cross Functional Improvements: 5% of TIME Collaborate with Operations teams to improve the cost accounting process. Train business partners on accounting topics and methodologies.
