Provide training and education to support HR partners, engineering centers, and operating divisions. Partner with external vendors and professional networks for market data analysis. Provide cost modeling to support budgeting and forecasting. Manage participation in compensation surveys and ensure timely completion. Manage annual salary and bonus administration globally. Qualifications: Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Certification such as CCP, CMS, or CEBS preferred. 4-6 years of progressive work experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive or high-tech environments preferred. Experience with global compensation programs and HRIS systems, preferably Workday. Sound knowledge of HR principles, payroll, benefits administration, and legal requirements. Excellent computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills.
