Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with DSP and AV systems (BIAMP, QSC, Crestron, Extron, etc.).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or military background.
  • Educational background in Electronics or AV-related disciplines.
  • Valid CDL and OSHA -- 30 Certification.
  • Experience in leading project sites.
  • AVIXA CTS Certification is a plus; minor construction knowledge is beneficial (ability to lift and install heavy AV equipment, including J-hooks and screens over 100 lbs).
Role Description:

The Senior AV Installation Specialist will be responsible for executing installation tasks in accordance with client specifications. This includes a variety of duties such as cable pulls, terminations, system equipment setup, rack fabrication, and wiring layouts. The Specialist will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring adherence to electronic schematics and architectural plans while maintaining high-quality standards.

Additionally, the Specialist will conduct testing of cabling and system functionalities, as well as verify codes and controls for various Audio DSP systems. Acting as a liaison between clients and project managers, the Specialist will ensure seamless communication and project execution.
