Position Summary The Manager, Social Media will oversee and grow our social media presence for our brands, which include Ajinomoto, Jose Ole, Tai Pei, and Ling Ling. We are looking for someone with the experience and drive to partner with our agencies and cross-functional teams to deepen the relationship with existing customers and attract new ones. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our brands across various social platforms and responsible for driving social media strategies and analyzing the performance of our social campaigns to enhance our brand presence and support our marketing goals. Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of the manager, social media are outlined below and include, but are not limited to the following: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple retail brands that aligns with the brand objectives and company goals to increase market share. Collaborate with the SBU category teams to ensure a consistent message and aesthetic across all social media channels. Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, community management and customer engagement. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate insights to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement. Identify and partner with influencers, industry experts, and brand ambassadors to widen our reach and enhance our brand credibility. Manage and execute a content calendar for each brand to ensure consistency across platforms. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Monitor online widgets for social UGC and review integrations, and devise strategies to optimize the customer experience. Serve as the subject matter expert on social media and educate colleagues on channel strategies. Use social media listening tool to stay abreast of the latest trends and relay valuable information back to the organization. Work closely with our corporate communications team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promote these engagements at in-person events. Developing and implementing a social media employee advocacy program, turning our team into brand ambassadors. Liaise with product development, consumer insights, and marketing teams to address community feedback. Position Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand. 2+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods. Proven ability to use social media platforms and analytics tools. Demonstrated expertise in copywriting and content creation skills, with a meticulous eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations. Experience with securing cross-functional alignment and implementing process improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
