  • Develop positive, trustworthy relationships with stakeholder counterparts, partners, and cross-departmental teams.
  • Ensure advertising, signage, promotions, and vendors are in place for events, and troubleshoot issues that arise.
  • Manage event day social media and assist marketing teams on event days, serving as a backup for various responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, website development/management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Industry-related experience preferred (entertainment, travel/tourism, radio/television, advertising agency).
Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Local to the Greater Ontario/Inland Empire area preferred. Must have reliable transportation.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the complex; travel between the different offices/venues/events we oversee; stand for long hours during the events; talk and hear.

Extended keyboard and computer usage is also required. Heavy phone usage, some stooping, bending, and lifting may be required. This position may require work inside or outside of the building as needed by events.
