Job Opportunity

Firm Media Inc is seeking a skilled and results-driven sales professional to drive growth and success in our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including phone, email, and trade shows
  • Schedule sales appointments and activities, and promote products and services to new and existing customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis, and close sales through exceptional customer service and salesmanship
  • Develop strategies for effective marketing, sales prospecting, and closing, and share with the team
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
  • Source and develop client referrals, and track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, and continuously improve through training and feedback

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Highly motivated, determined, and target-driven
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations
  • Expert in time management and personal organization
  • Familiarity with lead generation and CRM best practices
  • Bachelor's degree or more preferred, but relevant experience may be accepted

Compensation:

$45k plus commission
